[Pad See Me? No! Pad See Ew!!] Last night I made Pad See Ew (stir fried noodles), with tofu, baby bok choi, and shiitake mushrooms. I've made it a few times before but I finally got dark soy sauce and used it in the recipe. It makes it look way more legitimate.
