[What they say is true, I did have to break a couple eggs to make this.] I made an omelette for breakfast yesterday. I've made them before but I had some doubts about this one at first, as my egg cracking wasn't great (some of the white was lost). But it all came out OK, the flip went fine, not much really stuck to the pan (I have no non-stick pans).
