[Make your own egg-based pun, it's easy.] Yesterday morning I made an omelette and for the second time in a row, it didn't stick to the pan! It's a metal pan without any non-stick coating. I had used it to sauté some onions, green pepper, and garlic, and then, after removing the vegetables, I sautéd some tomato bits. As the eggs were cooking, gently shaking the pan demonstrated that it wasn't sticking. After flipping it, I realized it wasn't burnt but instead had taken on coloring (and flavoring) from the tomatoes. Usually I do the "half-moon" style omelette, but this time I folded it in thirds. It all came out surprisingly well. I served it with a banana and a clemintine. The sun was shining in through my kitchen window, so I used that when taking the picture.
