[Nice flavor and only minimal mouth-punching] I made Spicy Stir-Fried Eggplant with Spicy Thai Cucumber Salad tonight from my "Street Food" recipe book. Both came out pretty well, though my throat felt a little rough from inhaling the off-(mustard-)gassing while I cooked the eggplant. It was spicy but not terrible and both were pretty quick and easy to make. Perhaps I should have made rice or something else with it, but I had a meeting coming up and had limited time.
