[Like an ice cream cake, only different] I celebrated the Eastern Orthodox Franksgiving holiday which with a few friends last Friday, which in this case was about a week and a half after the actual Franksgiving holiday. It was nice and one friend, Dianne, made a sorbet "cake" slaving for hours over a cold freezer, or something like that. It had 3 layer, raspberry on the bottom, orange in the middle, and white on top (grapefruit?), and there were some sort of crumbled graham-like cracker things on the side, though not on the bottom. It was complete with a few birthday candles (6 but one went out when the cake was brought out). 5 seems about right. Instead of blowing it out with a covidy breath, I waved my hand to fan out the remaining candles. It was nice and I've got some leftover and decided to take a picture of it before it melted (or was consumed). Full size image is here. images/Drawings/Sketches/sorbetcake-sm.jpg
