["Go faster Rock! They're right behind you!!"] I was on Martha's Vineyard a few weeks ago. This is one (of many) pictures I took. The mundane description is that it's a rock on the sand at Aquinnah Beach. But it conjures much more intriguing images in my mind. The rock is rocketing away, or has just had a fiery explosion of thrust. Or it is being pursued by some shadowy, phantom tentacles from an other-realm? Or just really cool curvey lines etched by the waves. Or perhaps a flaming rock-fart. Who am I to say? images/Drawings/Sketches/rock-sand.jpg
