["It's just a model..."] I wandered around Granada a bit and then decided when I couldn't find the scenic vista that was listed on my map in the Sacromonte area, so I just kept walking up until I got to a place with a better view, which was the Mirador de San Miguel Alto, which is the highest point of Granada. The view of the Alhambra was great and I could clearly see half of the city of Granada as well as the quickly approaching rain storm that obscured the other half of the city. I took some pictures of the area before walking back down in the rain. Perhaps I didn't plan things too well. Actually, planning had little to do with it. It was also relatively cool there, in the upper 40s (F) or high single-digits (C).

I asked a random stranger to talk my picture, which in Spanish, when you're on the top of the hill, amounts to, "Por favor..." and before I could say anything else, he responded with, "Photo?" I think I actually said, "Si!" rather than "Ja" or "Yes" or "Oui" by accident. The full size picture will wait till I've gone through all the pictures I've taken. images/Photos/frank-alhambra-sm.jpg
