I went to the Johnson Museum of Art at Cornell today, Sunday
April 3rd, 2016, mainly to see Matthew Schreiber: Crossbow, an
installation in a small room that consists of a series of red lasers
forming neat patterns. You walk through the space, occasionally
getting blinded by the lasers. It's quite neat. Felt like something
from either Tron or some movie about a jewel heist.
I took some
pictures while in the room, sometimes by myself, sometimes with
others there. I think 3 different people asked if I could take
a picture of them with their camera. They have a little fog in
there to make the beams visible.
I also recorded a 1 minute video while in the room
here.
If you listen carefully, when the camera gets zapped by a laser,
you can hear me say, "cool!"
