Stars from Mt. Pleasant, Ithaca, NY

We were supposed to be able to see the northern lights (auroa borealis) on June 24, 2015. So I went up to Mt. Pleasant by the Cornell observatory to check them out with a few co-workers. Turns out we couldn't see any of the lights, but it was a really clear night and a even though the observatory wasn't open, there were a lot of people out there and I took a bunch of pictures of the stars.
